Just finished an Outplacement project in South Dublin for eight staff. The project involved 1-1 coaching and a group workshop. The whole programme went really well and participants were very positive about their prospects of securing new employment. Interestingly one of the participants had landed a job offer and another secured two interviews in the week that passed between completing their CV and doing the job search and interview workshop.
